27 weeks

Well her we are at 27 weeks. Time seems to be going by fast this week since I'm so busy. Kyle has been very active today...that's always fun :) I'm getting really excited for my shower and just finished sending out the invites today. We start our Bradley classes on Friday so I'm excited for that. Here's some 27 week stats:

How far along? 27 weeks
Total weight gain/loss: Up abouy 16 lbs pre-preg. I'm guessing

Maternity clothes? Of course...hardly any regular shirts fit...too short.

Stretch marks? No new ones...still non on stomach

Sleep: Better this week. Slept the best ever on Sunday.

Best moment this week: Feeling Kyle flipping around...Meghan feeling him kick

Movement: Lots some days!

Food cravings: hamburger this week

Gender: Still boy...LOL

Labor Signs: None
Belly Button in or out? Starting to stick out...

What I miss: No back pain! (what am I saying...I've always had back pain...how about being able to run like I used to in a tennis match...

What I am looking forward to: Next appt in 2 weeks

Weekly Wisdom: Keep taking medicine even when you start to feel better...it keeps you from getting sicker

25 Weeks

First let's compare from last week...wow!

Can we say...huge! J/K I know it's going to get a lot bigger. I can totally tell he's grown this week because my skin feels like it can't stretch anymore! His kicks are getting so strong and frequent. I love it!
He is also as big as this for month 6...eggplant... I tried making it once...it was nasty...I like it at the Olive Garden though!

Also, please be praying for Dawson he was due around the same time as Kyle and was born yesterday. He is doing great but so tiny!!! He has many month in the NICU ahead of him. Click the link to see pictures of him...it was kind of neat to see how big he actually was and that Kyle is around the same size.

19 Weeks

Well it's mine and Kyle's last week as a teenager! LOL. Today he is as big as this!



He's been a little more active (that I can feel) yesterday and today, so that's nice.

Here's my updated baby bump as well...I feel like I've grown alot in the last week and it's been confirmed with me falling asleep during the Bachelor (CRAZY I know!) and also being more hungry this week. One more week and we'll be half way! I can't believe it!

18 Weeks!

I'm 18 weeks today...I'm an adult! LOL

This week Sprout...I mean Kyle (still getting used to saying that) is as big as this Sweet Potato!! His daddy will be happy cause he loves sweet potatoes. The ultrasound tech said he was about 8 oz.

I'm hoping to start feeling him more and more. I have been feeling more pressure down there in certain areas when he's moving around so that's cool. Still can't wait till I feel real kicks and Ben can feel them too. I'll post my 18 week belly pic. I think It will be a little smaller than last week, but I think that's cause I was extra bloated last week. We'll see....

17 Weeks

This week Sprout is as big as this onion!

Also here's an updated belly pic (sorry it's blurry). Definitely getting bigger. Can't wait to see Sprout on the ultrasound Tuesday!

Sprout is growing

Today I definitely feel bigger than ever before. I was wearing my regular pants with a belly band and it just was too uncomfortable. I couldn't zip the pants so they wouldn't stay up in the back..I went home at lunch and changed into my maternity pants...those are even feeling tight today. This morning when I got to work though it was the weirdest thing the lower part of my stomach was hard in one place then it would move to another spot and anytime I turned a certain way or crossed my legs it felt like something was in the way...must be Sprout betting bigger! I will post a new pic on Thursday.

And let's not even talk about the upper portions above my stomach...I was thrilled to go to Victoria Secret last week and buy myself a bigger bra...Ben's hoping it lasts after Sprout and breastfeeding. LOL...me too :) I've heard that it's when you are laying down you can feel the baby more but I find it's when I'm sitting. It may be my tilted uterus but I'm not sure. I just can't wait too see how big Sprout's gotten on the ultrasound next week!

11 weeks 4 days

Wow! Time has really been going fast these last few weeks. Tomorrow is my first appointment with my midwife and I'm really excited for that and to hopefully hear Sprout's heartbeat! My stomach is definitely getting a little bump. I know it's Sprout growing and not bloat anymore because it's there in the morning and only get's bigger as the day goes on, plus I can't suck it in. I'll see how it looks Thursday at 12 weeks and I might post pics. It's still amazing to me that something now larger than a plum can be inside of me but I can't feel it and it doesn't stick out much! I'm so thankful to have gotten this far and pray that Sprout continues to grow healthy and strong for the next 6 months. I can't wait to feel him/her move in the next month hopefully! I'll let you know know how the appointment goes tomorrow.

Oh...and we're less than 200 days now!
